Hephner TV is open for business and continuing to provide the services you have come to expect from us over the last 70 years. As an Essential Critical Infrastructure business (as defined by the US Department of Homeland Security’s March 28 CISA memorandum on identification of essential critical infrastructure workers during Covid-19 Response and referenced in Governor Kelly's Executive order No. 20-16), we will remain open throughout the Covid-19 crisis. We will continue to provide essential communications and information technology functions: providing customer support for TV/media services, distributing antenna-streaming-internet-media infrastructure, selling and installing TVs, and performing repairs to TVs and other home equipment.
We take Covid-19 very seriously. Our priority is the safety and well being of our staff and customers. Here are some of the new protocols we are implementing:
-We are following best practices as recommended by the CDC and Sedgwick County deep cleaning all surfaces, door handles, rails, phones, bathrooms, and TV remotes daily as well as taking daily temperature checks of our staff.
-We are asking all customers and employees to practice proper social distancing in our store as recommended by the CDC.
-We are asking all customers to utilize our hand sanitizer at the entrances to our building.
-We are offering curbside options for clients who wish not to enter our store.

While some of the methods we have implemented have changed, we will not change the high level of customer service Wichitans expect from our establishment.
