The in-home service call fee is in addition to the Check-in fee, part's cost, and labor rates. Additional hourly rates may apply based off work performed in home. The customer is responsible for the service call charge whether the set is repaired or not.

The Check-in fee is due at the time of drop-off. This fee is applied to the final repair bill if you decide to fix it. If you decide not to fix your unit, the fee pays for the technician's time as well as disposal of the unit. 

Items that are unclaimed after 30 days become the property of Hephner TV and will be sold for the charges.
