what should i expect when i visit hephner tv?

When you pull up, feel free to park on either side of the building. We do have handicap-accessible ramps on both sides as well as an elevator in the store so we should be able to accommodate everyone. We also have a public restroom, a water fountain, seating, and we do offer curbside service if needed.

Once you come in, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly staff members who’ll be able to direct you towards the products you’re looking for and answer any questions you might have.

If you need to check something into the service center, pick up a repaired item, or pick up an item purchased over the phone, please walk directly up to the front counter and someone will assist you. If you need help with loading or unloading, just ask and we’ll be happy to help you out!
